CONSULTATION PROCESS

After your design consultation form + deposit, we will follow up with you for final cut previews of your design or if more information is needed.
At this stage, you will let us know what you like and what you do not like so we can come up with a design that is perfect for your space.
If you have any inspiration, measurements and pictures of existing space, please share.
Once your consultation is complete and you have confirmed a design, your final invoice will be sent for your order that includes your shipping cost.
Please let us know as soon as possible if your order needs to be rushed.
A consultation fee for each Neon Sign will require a $50 non-refundable consultation fee which will be deducted from your final invoice.

Once consultation is confirmed, all sales are final and are nonrefundable.
Each customized sign is made to order and cannot be undone.

Shipping costs can vary. Depending on the sign size + your location. The bigger the sign, the more it will cost to ship it. Your shipping will be calculated in your invoice.
You can expect your shipping quote to range from $ 50 to $ 100 if you go with our base sizes.
Once payment is received, production will begin. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to ship. Total time includes project completion and shipping.
Shipping will be via UPS. Once project is completed, all orders take about 1 to 5 business days to be delivered.
